I received a room upgrade to the Standard Double Room. It was a good value. I found the bathroom spacious. I greatly appreciated the gluten-free options available during breakfast. The team member ensured choices were available for me. It was appreciated!!!
The walls seemed quite thin. I noticed some noise from neighboring rooms.

helpful staff convenient breakfast
The location proved beneficial for activities I had planned. I was pleased that the staff demonstrated helpfulness in directing me. I found convenient access to nearby cafes, nice. Breakfast was very convenient with many fresh options available for me.
The front desk representative did not handle guest queries effectively. The individual dismissed concerns regarding internet connectivity. I think better training would improve guest satisfaction.

The rooms had sufficient size with a comfortable bed, which I found good. I appreciated windows in the room, which I could open for fresh air. A room safe helped me a lot, as did the kettle.

The staff was friendly and helpful . I appreciated the assistance provided for early check-in. Luggage storage was useful because I had an early arrival. Every receptionist seemed friendly to me.

The hotel is walkable to main attractions but is away from them. There are a few cafes, restaurants and a supermarket that are not too far. It took me about 20 minutes to walk to Sagrada Familia. I felt safe in this hotel.
